Trinamool youth leader Kuntal Ghosh, arrested in the teacher recruitment corruption case, claimed that Tapas Mandal has links with the BJP on Friday.
At the time of appearing in the court, Kuntal said that Tapas is a BJP member. Presently Kuntal is in ED's custody and today he has been produced in the court once again. Before that he was taken to the hospital for medical checkup where he put allegations against Tapas, a close aide of Trinamool MLA Manik Bhattacharya.
Kuntal said that he will go to the court and tell that Tapas Mandal has a direct connection with the BJP and everything is happening at political behest. He also said that everything is a conspiracy of the BJP.
The Enforcement Directorate on January 21 arrested Trinamool Congress (TMC) youth wing leader Kuntal Ghosh in connection with the teacher recruitment scam in West Bengal. The arrest was made after the central investigation agency questioned him and searched his two flats in the northern fringes of Kolkata. TMC’s Tapas Mondal, who was questioned by the CBI in Kolkata earlier, named Kuntal Ghosh as one of those who had raised money from several job aspirants.
